    How much does domestic shipping cost?

    Domestic shipping costs $140.00 MXN to all of Mexico, however there are extended areas that could generate an additional cost. In this case, the customer will be informed of the extra cost generated so that they can indicate whether they wish to continue with the order, or proceed with its cancellation.

    How long does it take to prepare my order?

    Order preparation takes 24 to 48 hours, then the order will be delivered to the courier and the business days for delivery will begin to count.

    How long do shipments take?

    In most cases, 2 to 5 business days. In some cases, there may be variations in delivery times depending on the destination location of the shipment. In any case, any delay or setback in the estimated delivery times are causes beyond the control of Pietra Modena, since these are services provided by transport companies independent of us and over which we cannot exercise any control .

    Can I track my shipment?

    Of course, you can ask us for your tracking number, which will allow you to track every step of your order on its way to your home.

    What happens if my shipment is lost?

    Although this is a very unlikely eventuality, Pietra Modena suggests that you purchase (for an additional cost) shipping insurance, with which the transport company will respond in case your package is lost or suffers some kind of accident. If you do not wish to purchase such insurance, Pietra Modena will gladly support you in following up on the incident and in providing the receipts you may need in any claim process, but it is important to clarify that as we are not responsible for such an eventuality, we are not liable for it.

    We offer products made of various materials such as: Stainless Steel, Gold Plate, Rhodium Plate, Silver, Textile Fabrics and others.

    Please note that all accessories, regardless of their material, require special care and may be damaged or altered such as stains, loss of shine and oxidation when they come into contact with chemicals and external agents, especially in some of the following cases:

  • SHIPPING AND PURCHASE POLICIES

    PURCHASES AND SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE CITY:

    We do not ship within the city. If you placed an order online and selected the “Pick up in store” option, you will receive an email when your order is ready and you can pick it up. The normal preparation time for an order is 24 hours, however, depending on the season and workload, this period may be extended by up to 48 hours.

    If you do not go to the branch to pick up your order in person, and you send someone to pick it up for you, or you do it through a platform such as Uber, Didi, etc., you must authorize us in advance to deliver your order to a third party on WhatsApp +52 8135874220, providing us with the name of the person authorized to pick it up, and/or the security code provided by the platform that you use. In any case, Pietra Modena will not be responsible for theft, theft of merchandise, delivery delays, or any other situation related to it.

    Please remember to check the contents of your order, the number of pieces and the condition of your products when you receive your order. Once you leave the establishment, claims for missing parts will not be accepted. Claims made for factory defects must be submitted at the branch at that time or up to a maximum of 24 hours. After this time, claims will not be accepted.

    PURCHASES AND SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE MEXICAN REPUBLIC:

    Shipments within the Mexican Republic have a cost of $140.00 pesos (subject to change without notice). The transport companies that are regularly used are FEDEX and ESTAFETA, although occasionally another transport company may be used due to contingency, oversaturation in the volume of work, lack of coverage in postal codes, or any other situation that makes the service by these companies impossible.

    At the express request of the customer, the shipment may be made by another available transport company, if this generates an additional cost, said cost will be paid by the customer.

    The transport and parcel service is completely unrelated and independent of Pietra Modena, so we suggest you use the “insure your order” option that you will find in the check out process of your order, the insurance will be calculated automatically and will generate an additional cost according to the amount of your purchase that you will be able to see on the screen. You should know that, if you decide not to buy the insurance offered, and send your order without insurance, Pietra Modena will not be responsible for loss or theft of merchandise , so any claim management will have to be presented directly by the customer to the respective transport company.

    Once your order has been received and your payment has been confirmed, Pietra Modena has up to 72 hours to process your order and deliver it to the courier. This process usually takes only 24 hours, but depending on the time of year and the workload, the period can be extended up to a maximum of 72 hours.

    The average delivery time for domestic shipments is 3-5 business days after the package has been deposited, however, there are postal codes where deliveries may take longer, and there are also times of the year, such as the Christmas season, May 10 or February 14, when the courier companies may experience an overload of work and delay their delivery times.

    The shipping address to which the package will be sent will be the one indicated by the customer. If you request that your delivery be made in a lobby, in a booth of a subdivision, in a public place, or at the hands of a third party, this will be under the strict responsibility of the customer.

    Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track it on the designated courier company's website.

    Please note that if your order was placed on Friday after 12:00 hrs. your shipment will be made on the following business day (Monday).

    INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES AND SHIPMENTS TO USA.

    The rate for international shipments to the United States for packages up to 1kg is $550 pesos (approximately $29 usd, subject to change without notice). For heavier shipments, the cost may increase. You can request a quote without obligation before placing your order and clarify your doubts with our sales and customer service team on WhatsApp +52 8135874220.

    For international shipments, in the event that the shipment generates any cost in terms of tariffs or taxes by the authorities of the destination country, these taxes and import costs must be paid by the customer, according to the customs policies of said country.

    The average delivery time for domestic shipments is 5 business days after the package has been deposited, however, there are postal codes and extraordinary factors such as weather conditions, among others, that can cause delays in delivery times.

    Refund Policy

    Do you have any problems with your order? Please report it to our customer service team on Whatsapp +52 8135874220 within the next 2 days after receiving your order. After 3 days or more, you will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges of any kind.

    ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:

    Only products with a manufacturing defect will be eligible for exchanges and/or refunds.

    The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    The item must retain its original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a physical receipt or order number from your online purchase.

    Returns or refunds will not be valid if they incur any of the following conditions: Signs or stains of use, alterations made by the customer, or due to lack of care of the product.

    If for any extraordinary reason within 10 days of purchase, the customer and Pietra Modena agree on the return and/or refund of any order. The shipping costs for the return of the goods will always be borne by the customer. In this case, once the goods have been received and the condition of the products and their packaging has been checked, the refund will be processed if everything is found to be in order and is appropriate. Please note that the time in which said refund can be reflected does not depend on Pietra Modena, but on the payment platforms, banks, and financial products that each customer has used as a payment method.

    EXCHANGE AND REFUND PROCEDURE:

    The Customer Service team will evaluate the eligibility of the case, and if applicable, you will be offered an alternative according to the following order:

    Replacement of an identical item in your next order.

    Replacement of a similar item (same cost) of your choice, in your next order.

    Balance in your favor for the amount of the defective product, applicable to your next order.

    Only if any of the above options are not possible, you will be refunded the value of the defective product according to your payment method.

    * Refunds for payments made by credit/debit card, Pay, Paypal, Stripe and other platforms will not be reflected immediately, this depends on each financial product and may be reflected days later, even until the next account statement.

    RECOMMENDATIONS:

    Open and check the condition of all your merchandise upon receipt. This will help you identify if any of your products have a problem and you will have the opportunity to report it within the time allotted for doing so.
